Everyone loves this Swiss classic: The perfect cheese fondue is sure to be achieved with the house fondue mix from Barmettler, Lucerne. Pour the contents of the bag into the fondue pot. Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly. Then heat up once, season to taste and simply enjoy.

Composition:

Gruyère, Friburger Vacherin, Tilsiter rezent, Emmentaler rezent, herbal schnapps, herbal mixture, wine and cornflour

Taste:

spicy, creamy with herbal flavour

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the bag into the caquelon. Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly. Then heat up once, season to taste and enjoy.

Best before one month after receipt.

Chilled at a maximum of 5 degrees.
